My bags were not collected on the original date. However, I was contacted by the supervisor herself who made my luggage a priority the following weekday and was contacted again. I received my items that week and couldn't be anymore happier. Will definitely be using this service again

all great!
everything went smoothly and the bag was delivered quickly. the only downside was a bit of stress trying to find the right way of attaching labels on short notice, as well as prohibited items via air (some electronics, liquids) but otherwise all great!

Great service, great price, im a very satisfied customer!
I was overall extremely satisfied with the full service, starting from the easy booking process, pick up on time, and delivery within 3 working days. Also the problem solving was very efficient i had one piece missing, but the customer service team picked up on that straight away and made sure the missing box was located within 15 minutes after the first box arrived and it was delivered an hour later. very trustworthy and reliable.
