Life changing! Efficient, economical, extraordinary
I spend several months a year teaching English in Europe. Shipping most of my personal items and teaching supplies to my final destination allowed me to enjoy many countries by train with a small bag. I am still in awe that this excellent service is available at a reasonable cost. The customer service was extraordinary! I was able to "chat" from 2-3am to have all my questions answered- important because I did not have international phone service. The price was less than the original estimate. The bag arrived earlier than promised, but was redelivered with a smile when I was there to receive it. Online tracking is provided, though this is unnecessary for me. I had to change the pick up date also. This is for a small fee and again, made possible because Of an immediate late night live chat. I highly recommend send my bag.
